Hello neighbours! Quick question - is Town Council supposed to remove unused cement from the main door? Asking because I still have 1.5 bag after cement screeding and reno but they have been sitting outside my main door for two months already. Also, is the person to call that "For haulage work contact Mr Lim" pasted on top every first floor lifts?

Air-con first or flooring first? Hi neighbours, just a question for your opinions. If I intend to get the contractor for cement leveling plus flooring, would it be better if I get the air-cons installed first? And what are your considerations? Thanks in advance liao! !!
