Hi, I have just visited a lighting shop at Oxley Bzhub called My Lighthouse. Saw some lights that I like and intended to buy but the sales girl attitude was very unfriendly. So wondering anyone has recommendation for lighting company that carries the similar designs? Or company has design that is from Europe or USA. Any suggestions are welcome. Thanks

Hi, As a first timer in renovation. Just curious to know is it very common that any renovation and/ contractor company you engage with in Singapore will delay your project? Our interior designer mentioned firmly to start our home renovation on April 1st, 2019. However after our last meeting in March on final design ideas, we didn't hear back from him at all until I message him directly to check, about 2 weeks later. But no response on our first 3D progress. Meanwhile the ID and the company mentioned repeatedly renovation works will complete in 8 weeks period once start. Our current home rental lease expired on May 31st, 2019. Will the renovation company compensate us for the lost of rental etc if they didn't start and complete on time? Please advise. Thanks.
