Hi jtek, Actually what i meant was that though the light bulb is said to be the same as like for e.g. a 16W = 60W conventional light bulb, but the brightness of the light bulb is somehow different in the sense for e.g. for warm lights, the 60W conventional light is more "warm" than the 16W. This is what my wife and I felt when we saw other family using the conventional lights. Well as for the brand, just for your infor, I am using Osram Aust light bulbs, so there should not be any issue regarding the made of the light bulbs. Really, I don't really know how to discribe it, you should go see for yourself to know what i meant. But since nowadays the elec. tariff is so high, I really strongly suggest getting the energy light bulbs. Hi andy_sg_123, Well for I also bought my Fujitsu from Hong Tar at $2.53k. Do note that my fancoil configuration is 12k for master bedroom and 9k for the other 2 rooms (so its sys. 3 lah...). So what you need to ask GC about the package is: 1. The thickness of the insulation (i.e. 3/8" or 1/2", as for the type no need to ask, cause GC only give armaflex). This is important as if want to increase to 1/2", you will need to fork out another $240 if I am not wrong. 2. The fancoil configuration. The reason being for my case, if I buy 3 x 9k fancoil, it would only cost me $2.45k. So you might want to ask the salesperson if 9k is enough to cool your MBR. Last but not least, think you can just choose between the 2, cause they are reputable names for aircon (at least so far ever hear any complains against them.)

Well I think you should have seen that most shopping centers are all using energy saving bulbs. So you should know about the brightness of the bulbs. And yes indeed they are very energy saving, but one word of caution is that the light produced will not be as bright as the conventional ones. Cheers

Hi MeMyself&I, I strongly advise you to call again to confirm the delivery time and time again, and really be prepared to take leave as in my case, they suddenly just drop you a call and then say they will deliver the items the following day. And also beware of the installation quality, as what happened to me, which I have to ask my father to help me rectify the problem. And yes, the wording "flaming" is really a very unjust word to use here, as i stronly point out again. Cheers.

Well this is very different from the case of Best T**k or A** B**t. Cause from there we can see that no matter what happens (be it good or bad services, they always stand by their company name, but in this case, they suddenly change their name, and it so happens that their original name BTW is very similar to a very famous brand). From my own experience, when I first called the sales office, the lady did mentioned that they need to confirm the shipment date from HK, but then after that I called the logistics department, they said they still haven't confirm the shipment date from China!!! If you see the advertisment in the papers, you can clearly see that they claimed that their product is shipping in from all the well known cities (and one one of the product is the very same product I purchased!!). So is this called flaming??? And this is the first time I ever see anyone come in, stating that all the rest who are facing poor performance from a particular co. comes in, say that he/she has got good service and then accuss the rest of "flaming" a particular co. As I said, we are all here to voice/warn others of possible poor service from a particular co, so please stop your nonsense of starting this "flaming" war.

Hi lezleung, Actually we are just voicing our own personal experience. So far there is indeed alot of question floating around the sudden change in the name of the company itself. I think the flaming is indeed a very hush word being used here. In fact, I can even sense that someone here is infact trying to put some good words for them instead. Cheers

For those who still have outstanding deliveries, I strongly advise to get the items ASAP. For my cause, its after some pastering then they suddenly say they would deliver the items the following day (and its a working day somemore). Well after we read the thread from poppytree, we just took 1/2 day leave to see to the delivery of the items. Well the items delivered are of ok quality, but the installation of my coffee table (the $399 one which they always advertise) is abit off. So my father have to finish off the installation (though quite minor). For those still have outstanding items, please call 63668062 to confirm your delivery. Do quote your invoice no. for faster processing. Hope this helps. Cheers!!!

Yes. They have changed their name to Living Story, selling the exact items. Well luckily (well I am TinyEyes's husband) quickly told them to deliver our items (a dinning table and the $399 coffee table) to us. The quality of the items are really no bad, but just that their attitude are far from satisfactory. Really advise is not to purchase from them to save you more misery. Cheers.
