Mitsubishi Heavy Industries Air Con Malfunction
henrywoo1978 replied to dare's topic in Electronics & Electricals
Well at least your case is not as bad as my. I got my aircon from Hong Tar about 3 1/2 years ago. Then just exactly after the warranty expired, the thermostats (hope I got the spelling right) just gave way. Spend about 1k replacing them. Then recently, the aircon suddenly just becomes not cold. Then called them, they said that the gas just emptied. I heard from my friends its not really possible for aircon gas to finish so fast. So just decided to replace my aircon with another one. Well can considered just cut the losses. Anyway my aircon was Fujitsu. Think your case is similar to my. If the condenser is spoiled, think you can consider replacing your whole aircon. -

Hi SixYardBox, I remember the default insulation is already 1/2" thick, correct me if I am wrong. So by right no need to upgrade.

Hi artois, Glad that you have also purchased the 1090. Well from what the manual mentioned, it did give a rough estimate for the weight of each type of cloth. Maybe you might want to refer to that. Cheers.

henrywoo1978 replied to cecilathome's topic in Home Furnishings
Well actually when we look at the TC, for the egyptian cotton at least, my TC based on the european countries, its i believe 200+, but then convert to local, its 500+. You should use this to compare the TC when you do comparision between the different type of bedsheet. Cheers -

Bamboo Fibre Cotton Vs Egyptian Cotton
henrywoo1978 replied to cecilathome's topic in Home Furnishings
Hi, I have only used before the Egyptian Cotton, so can only comment on this only. The current Egyptian Cotton I am using is of 500+ thread count, and its very confortable. As for the other 2 aspects you are asking, don't quite really understand what you mean, but if I understand correctly currently i just do the normal washing in the washer and so far after using it for a few months, nothing happens to the bedsheet. Cheers -
Well extract from http://reviews.ebay.com/PU-LEATHER-COMPARE...000000008377991 Genuine Leather is very durable, will last a lifetime and cost far more than Synthetic Leather. Genuine Leather will have very expressed grooves kind of like your fingerprints, and will have a rich leathery scent even when dyed. Genuine leather isn't very pliable and can withstand constant torture and punishment. It'll hold up to yanking, stretching, bending, squashing etc. PU (Poly) Synthetic Leather is a man made material that will represent the look and feel of Genuine Leather but in fact is NOT. This PU material is far less durable, considerably cheaper in cost, and may not last long if used often. This material is extremely pliable and will stretch kind of like a spandex material. It has a more shiny appearance and generally is far less thick than real leather. Grooves similar to your fingerprints are mechanically pressed into the material to give it that REAL look. These grooves are far less defined and are hairlike impressions. This material for the most part is Waterproof and easily cleaned or maintained. For persons on a tight budget this material is the way to go. It's about half the cost of real leather products and will still look awesome in your collection. If your Strict on your Leather policy, this IS NOT the way to go. As for the cost of the headboard, depending on the size of the bed, the pattern of the headboard, and the brand which you purchase the bed, it can really differ alot, and its not surprise that your beadboard can cost up to $1000+. So don't worry so much and hope you enjoy your purchase. Cheers.

Hi, Yup, the normal material used for headboards are the same as those used for the sits of the dinning table, its called PU or Bicast leather. It is a synthetic upholstery product consisting of a thick polyurethane layer applied to a leather or reconstituted leather substrate. It is commonly found in inexpensive furniture. Cheers.

Well went to their showroom, must say their sofa is really confortable, and for their price, quite competitive with outside. Cheers.
