    Hi there, anyone can give advice on how to remove stains on the concrete floor outside hdb? This is due to some inconsiderate neighbours who kena loanshark activities and the paint spilt onto the floor outside my unit!! It has been almost 1 year and now i want to rent out the house, I need to remove the stains! Or can i paint over the concrete? Any advice on which contractor to go for this kind of service? Really need the help of the forumers here! Jack.
