    We also went to Hommage to check out their Japanese oak wood furnitures. Another place which you can consider is Ethnicraft. But all their prices are steep. Scanteak choice is good, I think it will last generations when furniture are taken care of. We bought Scanteak pieces too.

    The 3D drawings look good! For the living room flooring, is it from HDB? The typical 4-rm BTO flat kitchen looks cramp when have both side cabinets. However your kitchen looks spacious! Did you make cabinets on one side only or both sides? What's the material used for the sliding wardrobe door?

Thanks. i have a National Air-con system is for 3 bedrooms. 10 yrs old and still working. it was some time ago that i engage for air-con servicing. i do once in 3-6mths to wash the filters. How long do you all service the air-con? like pumping refrigerant, cleaning the fan coils, etc.
