Oh yes! I overlooked that. I had seen the 75sqm unit previously, totally forgot about the kitchen layout and the irregular shape of the bathroom, my apologies. You're right, Drac, I do have my heater in the shower area but not directly above, that would be too risky and dangerous. I do wonder really how many of the 90sqms actually have their heater in the bathrooms. The ID die die said cannot and the plumber had no idea how to do it. But after careful study of the pipes layout and system, its a matter of intercepting at the right place, its a closed loop after all. Good idea this one, Porkypig! Never thought of that then, how silly. Wonder if still possible, well, I need to do some research I think I saw some photos before, somebody had removed the heater pipe ends in the kitchen wall and hide behind the tiles, thought that is really cool. Can this somebody share the photos again and how much it cost to do it?

Hey Jacky, why not install in bathroom? It can be done! You will appreciate its location better eventually. I think the wait from turning on to having hot water can be easily attributed to the distance of the pipes from the heater. Not sure if you did it in the kitchen too, Dracula, but we had ours installed in the bathroom (after having looked VERY VERY closely at Liana's installation and telling the plumber what to do) so takes a couple of seconds for the hot water to reach the bathroom taps. Only problem i noticed is that, if you have the heater turned on and someone in kitchen is washing and accidentally turn the tap to the hot water side, you find hot water coming out and that's such a waste (the pipes from the heater to the kitchen tap is all filled with hot water accidentally) sigh..

I though Home2Be owned by OM? There's a thread here about that. Fact check please. Livingstory/life story or whatever that company at No. 18 Genting Road is now registered under 'Fashion Home' right? That's what it says in the newspaper. Why the change?

Hehehe, our ID better. I think he abandoned ship already, 3 weeks never call, never return calls, looks like he doesn't want his last 10%, hehe.

Well, the cheaper alternative to Blum is certainly Ikea's system, which the same as Blum, because it is designed by Blum for Ikea

Thanks, Congee, almost there, just left some of our personal projects, some plumbing and touch ups. Congratulations on the completion!! You must be very tired already, welcome to the phase 2, where you move things in But I think, safe to say, ID abandoned this project already hahahaha..2 weeks haven't called, not interested in his 10% it seems. Still have a few touch up on his side, but I can do those for very little money compared to the 10%...anyway, we will complain to RADAC and Case eventually, he shouldn't be going around doing things like this right? Woes? hmm..many. Well, the thing that we hated most is the lying. He's always trying to pull a fast one as though we are not aware of anything that is happening in our house. Like saying, 'Oh, table top people came twice to measure, that's why the delay'. They only came once, I know because i was there and at all other times the house is triple locked, so we are there when people are doing work. Or when people don't turn up, 'Oh they came in the morning, the house was locked, so they left'...what the ****, I was there too and nobody turned up hahaha...we are very proactive one -
No problem! I am unsure though how much they charge per foot run. Why because it depends on how much of the poles and accessories you use actually. They will quote accordingly. And after having done the research, we can safely say that Besglas offers the best. For ours below, we paid about $1500 for it Love it very much actually!

We did our wardrobe and doors with Besglas, pretty happy with their service and promptness. Sorry not answering your question but its my 2 cents worth. Maybe you can consider Besglas for pole system wardrobe. There are photos in our blog.
