Any one know where can I buy Korean wallpaper cheaply and get installers? So far the cheapest I see for 1 roll of Korean wallpaper is $208 DIY or $368 with installation. Also saw ppl selling $199 per roll without installation.

Today our Fridge is delivered....luckily can go in! Gain city is so annoying, we bought 3 items, built in oven, fridge n washer dryer, they say delivery must be on the same day if not we will need to incur delivery charges for separate days delivery. End up fridge is delivered by Hitachi and came at 12+. And they tell me oven n washer dryer will be delivered at different timing by different driver... What the ****? One item is 1 to 4pm, another item say 2 to 5pm. Then my hubby tell them no one is staying there yet ask if they can collate the orders and come at the same time and be early please as we are going out at 4+. they says 2 to 6pm. And it's not here yet....raining heavily now. Are they going to drench my oven n washer in heavy rain? Even if it's boxed up, the box is not water proof right. Dunno why the **** all items must deliver same day if not charge delivery cost when they just deliver the items separately in the end.

Yup they are slightly bigger..

I think so, my friend told me is about 7-10 years... I think it's more than 10 litres??? Actually i don't really know, anyone have any idea how much water is used at an average?
-
That time my friend is willing to give me a baby chin. But i realise they actually drop quite a lot of fur.. I have asthma, can't keep big furry friends...So i gave it up. End up only keeping tiny hamsters... Mine are winter white. Easier to manage...Got 2 very cuddly..very cute , won't bite... Another 2 got attack instinct..
-
No worries! Chinchin is so cute too..i like all furry friends! Ya you should get him a partner, So that he won't be lonely.

My ID brought us there. It's at Bedok North street 2 Blk 122. Shop name call Hua Chong Bathroom & Kitchen Product.

I used to have 6 hamsters, 1 cage each, because they just don't get along. 2 pass away already. Left 4 which are family, mother, father, son and daughter. Bunnies are so cute, but they have very long life span, if they pass on after like ten years of life sticking to me, I'll cry like mad! Your heater seems to be abit small. You might have the problem of bathing halfway, hot water runs out and have to wait for some time before you get hot water again. Unless your family bathe very fast then i think it should be ok .
-
There's only 2 person staying. Plus 4 hamsters! Haha Yes yes you all are right, it's because of the bathtub we are suggested to get the 50litres. I tried to ask if 35 litres is ok, Cos of the high electrical cost that goes with it, but were told that it will not be enough to fill the tub, hence the large ugly 50 litre tank!

More updates, Covelights up today. I also just realise my Hood & Hob had been delivered! Very hard to find Island Hood with curve share glass, so we ended up getting HOBZ, hope it will be good!

Hi, my bathtub is $288 before GST. 1370 (L) x 710 (W) x 430 (D). I screenshot the picture below for your reference.

Renovation commences again. Aircon man came to do the trunking already... it looks kind of untidy with all the big fat trunking...But no choice... Our 50L water heater is installed, goshhhh it look so BIG!! W/C and bathtub install in masterbath. No basin yet as it will be with a vanity top. W/C & Simple basin in common bath.

I love this sofa..

Ops I forget to mention, it's the floor for masterbedroom & common bed room.. Is yours going to be a big job as well? Started sourcing ID? Actually I have quotations from like 10 over IDs, Renoguyz is so far the cheapest! It took me like 2-3 months to settle on an ID...
-
Ops sorry I keep editing on the above post... Currently I think it's around $42++? That's of course excluding the purchase of the W/C, basin, bathtub etc... everything adds up..it's just sooo EX!!
-
Hehe...my renovation is not done yet!! Still empty empty, only finish plastering + electrical wiring.. That's why no more updates. My ID did ask us if we can wait as it's super busy during year end. Since we are not rushing, we let the workers take their own sweet time. We started in mid dec but HDB didn't give us the permit to hack wall until end Dec, by then it's Xmas, then New Year...Then Feb rest 1/2 months due to CNY... So far renovation has been good, everything's in order.*TOUCH WOOD..no hiccups as for now* ID responses is quick. Here's the quotation. After the quotation was done, we actually add on a few things. It is not included in the quote. End of this quote is about $39k. We added the below after this quotation: - One 8 feet x 4 feet long black tinted mirror for the dining area. $350 - Added 2 feet vanity with solid top + mirror (abt 4-6 feet i think) with carpentry that goes from wash basin all the way to toilet bowl for Master Bath. $700 - Change laminate for master bed room floor to HERF (High End Resilent Flooring) with Skirting (Top up $ 720) ID quote was even cheaper than the EVORICH salesman quote. ID quote us $1260, Evorich guy quote us $1300++ By the way, is it very odd to have 1 colour for master bedroom and a different colour for common bedroom? We can't find same colour range to the HERF we use.. - Electrical Estimate in the quote was $2500, but end up think its going to be more than $3730 (because we last min add in another 3 points ) Oh ya we also use his recommendated Air Con man. We took the Mitsubishi Starmex system 4. $4100 including air con ledge, 2 trips to our house (first to run the trunking, after painting then go up and mount the air con)and upgrade to thicker armaflex. We compared the pricing to Gain City & Courts, it's actually slightly cheaper. Any comments?

From Hommage: Sofa. We bought 2 + L shape only, 2.6m, with adjustable head rest. We choose this fabric. Black for bottom, arm & head rest, Purple Grey for seats and back, stripy fabric for the cushion. TV Console (Around 8 feet)It should look darker as it is made of Black tinted mirror for all the front & sideways and black glass at the top. The 2 sides can be dismount to use as side tables if we want We bought a matching Dining table. It will be without that Triangular thingy at the side. Just plain black tinted mirror at the sides of the table. (No chairs yet... )

Last 2 weeks we went to Hommage Lifestyle & Gain City Expo fair & bought many things. Broke this time Share share with all of you what we bought. From Gain City Expo Fair: Hitachi Fridge(Comes free with a Hitachi vacumn cleaner ) Hubby says must have automatic ice maker. Most fridges with that function are costly. This is one of the better price tag and fits my criteria of must look like side by side fridge. Samsung Washer & Dryer EF Built In Oven (We bought at gain city as it comes with a 5 years warranty, if not Mustafa is selling cheaper)

Haven't been updating for a long time. So far all tiling works for living/kitchen & bathrooms are all done. Today we went up to discuss on electrical & lighting points with our ID and realise that plastering has been almost 2/3 done. Left kitchen only.

One big praise for my ID! Something was bothering me and my hubby since we took the keys. Our neighbour invade our whole corridor with a lot of bicycles... We ask our ID to go and inform the neighbours that they are blocking the way for their works. My ID really help us and do the dirty job by asking the neighbours to move the bicycles away and mention that the owners want to place potted plants along the corridor!! So HAPPY!!!! Before They move it to other side, totally not within our house!
