Yep, I agree! It is so typical of her, me and my hubby had very bad experiences with her before we did our renovation. She will try to push everything so that she would not have to lift a finger. In the end, we asked for each individual sub-con's contact no. to liaise evrything ourselves. Saved us alot of time and trouble! It is so painful getting her to help. Makes our blood boil!

Hi all, just some info for those who intends on getting an alarm for your place. checked with cisco, there's a safe home plan that is abt S$35 a month which includes the following: - - wireless alarm system - 24 hr alarm monitoring & response service - on site service call - installation - 3 yr warranty the catch is that you have to sign a 3 yr plan which adds up to S$1300, but after that, you can still keep the equipment for the alarm, just no monitoring and response service. Hi all, New at this forum, but have been following this thread for some time now.. Just wanna add my 2 cents worth on the china construction as well. have the same problem as simple boi about the main door (we made them change the rubber) but more problems on top of tt. Me and hubby have had problems with them since we first defects, took a long time to fix, argued with us when we were not satisfied with the repair works done. The lady who attended to us even said that actually the whole unit has alot of defects, just that we cannot spot it! (What!) Anyway, have completed almost all my defects now, and doing renovations now.. It has been a fiasco man...
