I'm planning to do some light baking so dun feel the need to get a built-in oven. Can anyone help mi to verify whether is the model that i mention above a convection oven? Thanks!

The kitchen hacking has been done, tiles has arrived and stacked up by the side and also a lot of sand pile up in living rm and the 3 bedrooms.... Now is busying sourcing arnd for furniture...does anyone have any recommendation on where to get nice and not too exp tv console. I'm looking for arnd 5 feet and most important it must not have any legs.

Hi, i dun bake in my current hse cos gt no oven but interested in baking. Had plan to install a oven in my new place but scare that it will be a waste of $ if i install n nv use. Just saw a post that say panasonic gt a 3 in 1 microwave which can heat/defrost/grill/bake and cost arnd 400. Which 1 shld i choose cos i dun wan to regret after i made my decision.

yah, its a brand new unit. Mine is low floor unit. Yippie, My PE permit finally been approved after waiting for 3 weeks plus. Yeah, finally our Id can start the wet works.

mi not staying in blk 20.....mi currently staying at sims drive. was given to choose either the kallang side or whampo side but we prefer kallang side as its very accessible to everywhere. Gt a low floor unit in kallang loh cos ballot number was too far but luckily still manage to get a unit lah.

Yah, UBK = Upper Boon Keng. Hehe..........pics will have to come later after i have figure out how to post the pic in here first. Hehe....... 90 square metre is quite small loh. We can get that area is becos our current flat is enbloc thats y we get to choose that area at a cheaper price although its not very "cheap" lah.

After the long wait, finally collected our keys on 13/3/08 and after 1 month of going through ID & contractor's quotation finally set our mind on Linewerkz. Was quite comfortable with the ID after meeting up for the 2nd time which leave a very deep impression of him although the impression was not that good during the first meeting. 13/4 was the date that our FSM come and view our unit and recommend some placement of furniture. Finally tml we get to see the 3D design of our hse. HOpe there wun be any big amendments else the reno will be delay futher as we have to move out of our current hse by july.

eRiam....i tink we are gonna be neighbours..haha...my family also got a unit at Kallang site but low floor cos we got a bad queue number.. but since location is very good, we make do with it..jus confirmed my ID 2 weeks back and choose my tiles last weekend..now waiting for ID's drawings and can start work alrdy...

Finally placed the deposit with my ID yesterday...managed to bargain down to 24k...looking forward to start of reno..
