    I think for HDB, it is better for covelight or L box as it does not obstruct the whole HDB ceiling. You will have room for ceiling fan too.

    I think L-box is between $7 pfr to $10pfr while covelight is between $10 pfr to $12pfr depending on your MOQ. False ceiling can range from $2.50 psf up to $3.50psf also.
