We used Nippon professional painting service. For starters, it was a bit frustrating that the colors didn't really match the catalogue or screen. We were hoping for Mid-Century Modern hues, but ended up more like kindergarten classroom color choices. The colors just didn't come out dark enough The more annoying part was that our dark colors don't seem to last! They get dusty or ashy looking and seem peel off to show the white primer underneath We just repaint over all the spots every Chinese New Year! Anyone got other suggestions?

Honestly, I just clean it every month or two myself and the magnetic gasket never accumulates enough debris. I bet after 3 years of not cleaning or maintaining it, your seal did get clogged up though. Which rubbish chute did you switch to, since you're so unsatisfied?
