I would like to warn this forum of unscrupulous electricians we recently encountered. I was away overseas and there was an electrical trip in my apartment. My young son googled and United Electricians.com came up on top of the list of electricians and he contacted the company. United Electricians sent Mr. Ang Cheng Soon, (98519759). Mr.Ang told my son a long story of how the circuit breakers needed replacing otherwise there will be a fire. Alarmed, and unfortunately due to his ignorance , my son agreed for the replacement and paid $900. I contacted Mr. Ang and United Electricians when I returned to Singapore for an explanation as to why 2 circuit breakers would cost so much but I was ignored and my messages went unanswered. I contacted Case and was informed that there is nothing we can do as the company is not registered and accordingly we have no recourse. Please beware. We have learnt an expensive lesson and next time we will be calling a licensed electrician as advised by the members of this forum.
