kitchen light dining L-box up. Missing glass doors. kitchen tiles that are also used on my front steps not much outstanding, only bits and pieces here and there... hopefully I'll move by 10th.

Unfortunately, i haven't moved in yet. There was some confusion because of my kitchen glass door. My mom gave wrong instructions for location of fridge base so now need 4 panels of glass instead of 3. I see babytan's house, so envious. can move in liao But Roy did say can handover next week. This is the status on Sunday. My dad said the carpentry all up today but i won't be able to take pics until wkend i guess. main gate & windows: all wrought iron Lights

wah yours so fast. Roy told me end of this month can move in liao but my painting just started yesterday and no sign of carpentry yet. so i havent been taking pics. Dun think end month can move in leh. my lights also arriving only today so i think likely 2nd week of July. Btw, ur WIW very nice!

yup we almost did the same but was afraid that it might make the toilet too dark. this series of tiles is very popular, think a few other forummers have it in their homes. btw, do you have a reno t-blog?

Same as u we're awaiting carpentry. think wont go back to check until it's partially up. hehe just bought our aircon - hitachi sys 2 and a Sony bravia S series. well, it's $750 so it'd better be good! eh u're moving in today! congrats!

hmm i also dunno why diff no. of rows leh. no choice i think 3rm flat not much diff in layout. some more our budget also the same. design-wise think only kitchen tiles similar. im pretty sure will look quite diff after evrythg completed hehe

some progress pics. Pardon the awkward photo-taking. The offending walls that are still around. Roy said the kitchen wall hacking permit has already been granted but the one in the mbr toilet not yet. We are shifting the mbr toilet entrance cos we're planning to put the tv at that corner. Progress in kitchen. Looks like black but it's actually the same brown as Babytan's. my mom's fav tiles in the common toilet my reno $30k. yah full flush ish full length. got hotel feel mah hehe.

Roy sent me only 3 but honestly, it's only to show my parents so dun need so many. I much prefer to see the real thing. Anyway, can just look at babytan's!

agree with you summer dun really a wide range of mirrors. For your vanity area which looks so posh, should get something posh to match also hah. Or why dun do full flush mirror? speaking of which I just realized my taps are all squarish but my sink is round haha.

oh dear ... but we only furnished one bathroom for showering purposes leh... the other side will be just a tap and a tiny corner basin and a bowl...which WC did you choose btw? Mine's $230/pc. also bought a instant heater cos my family's not a big fan of hot water. hmm I wonder where the extras went to. I know my oven alone costs $750. Yours leh? Still no pics cos I'm waiting for the kitchen wall and mbr bathroom doorway to be hacked. Apparently, the permit has only been given for the kitchen wall. Not sure why it's taking so long for the mbr. Anyway, have selected sanitary ware and kitchen stuff (Rinnai hob + hood + oven). I think it's quite reasonable, all in $3, 200. Like babytan, we also went to the place Roy recommended, Summer Hardware. Debated whether to take the glass hob or stainless steel but budget won the day since the glass one is from Japan and will cost $500 more. RB-3SS an oven in the kitchen finally for roasting rosemary chicken! RB0-7MRX now awaiting Roy's perspective drawings.

Actually i think yours is quite ok. comparing apple to apple, we dun have feature wall, shoe cabinet, and WIW (but got one built-in) and ours will be $30k. not likely to add stuff coz we're also on tight budget.
