Dear forummers.. just sharing my dissatisfaction with this electrical shop in Bed*k town.. Bed*k Centr* & Ele*tri**l C*. I have called this shop to check on a stove price. Imagine he quote me over phone $345 for 1 day.... then 1 week later quote $380 the day when I saw turb* stove warehouse sale saying that the promotional price of $345 has lapsed ..In view his quoted 2nd price is still slightly lower than the warehouse sale, I have asked the sales person to reserve for me because he said 1-2 days time stock will come. he never called back to tell me to pick up the stove. then i called again today ask stock already here? then the sales person said they neber quote $380.. and quote $470 minimum price.. saying $380 is impossible.. this is outright DISHONEST.. i heard from one of the reputable hardware shop said 1 shop in bed*k is like that (salesperson always quote low price overphone and then later said did not include GST & delivery charge).. that's y today i called to double confirm the stock and price..turn out to be true...he is really DISHONEST..Imagine i already went to the turb* stove warehouse sale and did not buy the stove i want juz becoz of a dishonest salesperson...it's not about the money now.. it's juz that I felt that the rest of forummers should be beware when buying from tis shop...

Dear all we are currently renovating our punggol new flat. Will be having both aircon and ceiling fans for 3 bedrooms and living room. have researched the renotalk reno.. thought of going to malaysia to buy the ceiling fans. Our concerns is on the shadow.. Do you recommend ceiling fans with light (e.g. alpha) or ceiling fan without light (e.g. KDK)? For Ceiling Fan without light, i see that v56k has good review.. may I know if it is expensive to do false ceiling with cove lights for rooms? For ceiling fan with light, any model recommendation for HDB bedroom? Is there still shadowing effect for such ceiling fans? any recommendation for shops in JB? Thanks. =)
