Hmm...actually I'm not the one initiate to place the deposit. They actually ask me to put in a deposit and it will be refundable. They told me that if I use credit card, there will be 3% charges and no charges for NETs/cash. Of coz they will not let me go out of the showroom to withdraw cash. It was only during the signing of the refund document, it shown a NETs deduction. But at the point of time, too tired to drag the refund again so did not bother to argue with them. Anyway...still waiting for the refund...

The first document that I sign did not indicate any NETs charges. But when I go there to get my refund, they ask me sign the NETs charges form. Anyway, is not a big amount. Just that I'm not happy with the hidden charges.

If I say something like "put down $2k deposit was told no deduction and subsequently there is a hidden charges of 0.8%" does this mean defamation?

So how can we write a review to prevent the bad one from suing us? Maybe I write it as an experience. No good no bad u decide...:)

Yup. U are right. There's always 2 side to a coin. Hopefully there will be some measures to prevent all these.

Hi, thank your for your clarification. Actually why we can't write bad review of an ID? Shouldn't we warn others before they get caught in the same situation as us? Actually I'm going to write 1 soon for sky c after I take back my deposit or if I manage to take back....

@OrangeSkyhi, I'm not really actively posting in the forum but I do look at thread on renovation.i currently gotten an EA. As for ID, I just signed with Yujia Interior Design as we find the person very merticulous in quoting our place. We almost sign with another ID but this person from Yujia came back with a quotation which is 99% correct. Do note I did not met him, just throw him my idea and the old pictures of the units. I also met up with quite a number of ID as well. Proble is my ID also do not have much review so hopefully your ID is not them.
