    Depends on the size of your living room. I think if you have big space you should put air con. But if not, a ceiling fan would still keep you cool and would not look too crowded.

    For stores i think you should put minimal number of racks since it is a tight space. On other hand, you can still make it organise.

    I disagree, I think renovation you can by yourself also, however you want it. It does not mean change the whole look. Plus I think there is a lot of local ID that would charge quite cheap.
