Hi, I want to reno my house this coming July and would like to engage my friend to take over the reno of my house. Just wondering if i can engage a non HDB license contractor to reno my house? There will be some wall hacking work carry out during the renovation. Reason why to engage my friend is because i was impress with his workmanship on residential houses. Please advice.
