Hi. I would like to tap on your experience as I am about to start Reno in my newly acquired 25 year old semi d. 1. Does anyone have a couple of good contractors to r4commend? I would need to rewire, replumb, reticle, reroof (maybe) and design work. 2. What is the ballpark cost to change the roof entirely? What considerations to decide if I need to reroof? 3. Does change of roof require regulatory permit? thx!
