    Hi, did anybody change your HDB 3/4 height window before? need some advise here.. HDB officer was saying need PE to endorse structural calculations to BCA for approval first.. then submit BCA approval to HDB for handling.. true? Contractor was saying HDB does not allow changing of 3/4 height or full height window.. true? Anyone had experience on this? Thanks...
