Got mine from KLASSICO INTERNATIONAL they called it smart 88. Not so smart after all. Been using it for about a year in a household of 2 adults and a child. Parts starting to fall out or needed replacement. Price quoted for replacement part cost $150. Even after you have paid $700 over for the system. The system started to slant after drying out clothing of 2.5 adults in the house. Either our clothes are **** heavy or their product is **** lousy. Go figure.
Out of all the appliances I got during my reno. This is the one I regretted purchasing. Low Quality, service felt rush and push, and overall appearance of the laundry system that looked cheap. Can't wait get it replace!
