Hi mud3210, My friend recommended Jade-Land to me and has engaged them to renovate my house. Follow up service is good. Workmanship is good. my contractor also came to my house to do some measurement.... if i'm not wrong, the measurement on floor plan is all in mm, quotation is more of a guide of how much u be spending and as u start renovation, u probably add in more items...

Hi, Why not get another quotation from another contractor & see if they can give u a better pricing? I recently done up my house, 4A, resale at ard $28k...
