Finally my hacking of wall is approved! After writing a love letter to them.... Guess i have many love letters with the HDB, everything also write to them... hehe... Meowie, did you know bellari got sell water filter? i think only abt 200+ ah and its fitted below your sink, but that is if your sink is from bellari If other sink, i dun think they will install for you ah. No harm asking... Hehe.... If i am not wrong, the 800 charged by ur ID is for Haulage of Sand and supply of manpower for clearing of debris to the big metal bin below which Town Council will later clear for you for a fee of 170. So both are payable. Town Council or HDB payment is a must one. If not lata you see the red letter very fast. Hope i am not wrong

you want electrical appliances, can go to those neighbourhood shops and order is much cheaper. Or if you prefer the bigger shops, you can go to Harvey Norman @ Millenia Walk to look for a guy called "Skin". Can bargain with him. His price cheaper then some smaller neighbourhood shops.

Yeah i have check and confirm that the activation will be from 2nd June to 6th June. They will go from door to door to do the activation, if u are not home or ur unit under renovation (like mine) we can write a simple letter and pass to your ID or contractor to authorise starhub to enter the premises and activate the points. Hope that helps.

Hi Far Far Away Neighbour Cement screeding is standard 3 weeks ah. Only that the cement and sand is there, but they also have not started work ah. They can delay very long one ah. Now my delay is the Wall Hacking ah.... Haiz.... Still waiting....

Haha.... tat is how they are. When i went there the first time, i was also shocked at their service. They were eating cakes and talking, did not serve us too. Frankly i prefer it to be this way so nobody can tailgate me wherever i go. Once you have any tiles in mind, approach them and they will be delighted to serve you. Anyway tat is wat i observed from them. If you do not like their service, look at their range of tiles instead You dun need their service to get nice looking tiles. Anyway when i went down with my ID, their service attitude change again. They will inform us if this tile will warp or not. You can also try the other tile shops beside them if u still do not like hafary tiles.

Get to know them better, they are very friendly and helpful hubby & wifey. After all we are direct blk neighbors Hehe... hope to see u around too

Haha... tat i also agree... I am a huge fan of their hotdog and all time favorite Swedish Meatballs. By the way for those whom have not been to the Tampines Ikea to makan, better go there and try. The food is nice and always packed during the weekends one. Go there try once or twice can already ah, then go over to Giant and Courts. Shop till leg cramp ah. Hehe....

Hi tension, I have seen at the coffeeshop above the Bishan Bus Interchange, got hang a big and fake looking crow cut out of wood. It seems to be working to scare the other birds away. Maybe we can try to past a big crow sticker? Hehe...

Yeah that i agree. IKEA have from cheap (Chipboard) to expensive (Pinewood) wood quality. Their Wardrobe and Kitchen set is nowhere cheaper then custom made by your contractors or ID's. If you look at the price tag carefully, you got to +this+that+everything the price can be quote a huge amount. So do make careful calculations before you decide to get them. I would recommend getting the smaller and "designer" stuffs like their chairs, dining sets, mattress (for some), small stool (my favorite), etc.

Tats why never buy loh.... must buy sys bet then shiok ah. if not buy ibet waste $$$ also ah. 24 "da" Nvm.... my time will come.... 4D, Toto, Big Sweep all are welcome to visit me... Hehehe.....
