yap i think regular sleep does help.... example u mus have a set of time to sleep & wake up everyday even on weekends ei : wakeup 7am & sleep at 11pm... everyday so your body will noe your routine.., even on weekend you too mus stay the same sleep time routine lor.... if you one day sleep late one day sleep early your body system will confuse.... i still cant maintain regulary hour sleeping time ... tats y i still have dark circle hheee these day there man spa & beauty saloon leh.. image counts manz...

yeah..... i bot novita... they have improve the model , get tat one with metal plate.. ez & hassle free iron & speedy.... jus need tactic & wala U straighten up.. mus throw away your mind set of conventional iron...its totaly diff way of ironing tactic once u hand on with it, its very ez & hassle free.. i have iron pants & even jeans, you able to get the line steam too. REmember if wan to get vertical iron, get the one with Iron Plate...Notiva is the best I guess... i see other brand like quite frizzy & do not have metal plate... previously all vertical iron dun have metal plate tats is why cant straighten pants i guess.

me too dun make up at all me too think let the skin breath but we were wrong u noe... with make up there UV protection & dust on lie directly on bare skin.. but yet, still lazy to make u p.. oh ya, fair pple , can see the dark circle more observe compare to darker skin.. maybe u dun noe how to tell ba. lol tea Bag, mm.. u noe india like to hanan their hand, tat oso using one kind of tea leaf leh.. if use tea bag on eye area,. den we like hana our eyes lol

thank you bimbert when my fh in azbajan shopping when he is paying creditcard,the sale pple ask for pin No????! rediculas rite. den my Fh find funny , later he decide to pay in Cash. afraid they might fruad his card. den in airport, checking in, say my fh baggage overload mus charge US$500 .. think they have modify the weighting machine. my FH say NO, he wan to hand carry instead. the airport ppl say NO NONO, den my fh imediatelly call the office pple and put the staff online, later say he accept US$200 instead.. Phew!! my fh insist Not to pay.. so cancel the flight & get a new flight company, and never have exceed baggage issue..

i wan my trip to be enjoyable & cheerful.. i dun wan go and pathetic the whole situation and come back feeling sad...of the pple living there.. unless i go there for Mission kind of trip.
