My hubby and i have engaged a HDB approved contractor for our resale flat to do electrical, plumbing, hacking etc... however, we are thinking of hiring a specialized carpenter for kitchen and bathroom cabinets. This carpenter we are talking to only does carpentry and not other works, so he doesn't have HDB license. Do we need to hire a carpenter who has HDB contractor license?
