The defects on the carpentry- broken, cracks ,split etc are usually very minor. Cost little to repair them . No need to sign up because of lifetime warranty and pay mark up price of at least 10k to 20k more. This is a gimmick to attract your attention and get you hooked. If they can get 1 person out of every 100 potential customer to sign up with them because of lifetime warranty is consider a "catch". Beware for this ID- Alexis Choong from Rezt & Relax. We signed up with her and were shocked by her poor attitude and professionalism. She is now with design chapterz interior.

I have had first hand experience with Rezt & Relax. What's mentioned online are 95% true but incomplete. From my experience, they are indeed expensive - At least 40% more than other IDs. (So for a 30K renovation quote u get elsewhere . They will charge you 42K). Workmanship is bad. The qualities did not matched the extra amount of money paid. 2 months after we moved in , carpentry work start to show sign of cracks. Designs - From my opinion, not a designer company but a bunch of contractors charging well above designers' fees. Basically, the end product is your own design. Customer service - You will see the true color after you paid the 20% down payment. My ID became arrogant and sloppy as profit is locked. My advise ... stay clear.
