Yes, totally get your point about the master bedroom windows, so I changed that side to low cabinets - this was the 1st draft of the floor plan, so I’ve made some changes since then Storage space is actually a concern for my ID - just like you, she feels I have insufficient space. I did consider a storage daybed/bench along the dining windows, but am still undecided .... more on that in the next post! The floor area is 104 sqm.

Hi all, Recently checked out some sofas at this place, Iconic Haus - thought it is Pick Junction because of the signage, then went online and checked, and it seems to be Iconic Haus ...... not sure what’s the story. Anyway, we saw this sofa in Leather Kleen, which is actually fabric that is water resistant, scratch and fire proof - feels soft and smooth like leather even! Wondering if anyone has purchased from them? Too many horror stories lately, would like to hear if anyone has reviews. Thanx in advance

We are planning to start renovation of our home in April, and are looking for temporary accommodation for 3 months.
