hi all, anyone taking the 5-room units? the 07 unit. I took out the floor plan in the booklet issued yrs ago and realised there are 2 sets of baywindow in the MBR. Anyone has any ideas on how to utilise that space ? To me, it's unusable space and it's a headache now where to place the bed. and the aircon ledge window is on the 3rd side of the wall. Seems like only 1 side of the wall can be used for wardrobe... on sat, i went up to my floor. i met a contractor and she told me a 2Xth floor is starting renovation this week and asked me to go take a look at their workmanship.. any updates from the rest of the dwellers here?

today i went up to 7th floor to take a look. saw 1 unit already renovating? if i'm not wrong... didnt linger for long as very dusty..

Hi zirhk3355, thanks for the info! i would tend to go for your 2nd scenario. My replacement flat is still a long time away, in mid 2011. so i shall worry about that 3 yrs down the road. Your home is very nicely done up!

hi, i have a question on SERS. not sure if anyone here could answer... I bought my SERS 4-room flat in 2005. we will be upgrading to 5 room flat under the replacement scheme. Am i eligible for the 2nd HDB concessionary loan if our combined income exceeds $8k when taking up the 2nd loan? at the time of purchasing the 4-room SERS flat, our income was less than $8k and we took up our 1st HDB loan.
