hi, i bought my dining table, sofa, tv console, queen bedfram, 1 wardrobe from Hommage. I would say the price is very attractive. dining table, tv console from china. bedframe, sofa, wardrobe from malaysia. i have changed the delivery date once and they were very accomodating to the change. My furniture will be coming this sat, maybe i will update more when i received the goods. Actually i wanted to get a ottoman for living room and they advise me to move in first and see got space to put in the ottoman. Non-pushy sales. But downside is have to look through catalogues, no display sets. Just a simple showroom with no aircon (imagine the heat in the afternoon)

hi reglxt, what is the name of kronotex flooring you have? i wanted to get sacremento pine, but out of stock! and wont come in so soon. yours looks good, mind sharing the name?

for my flat, sequence as follows: 1) L box and electrical wiring 2) aircon trunking 3) hacking of wall 4) lay tiles in living room 5) smooth floor in bedrooms 6) Laminates in bedrooms 7) Carpentry 8) Painting 9) installation of aircon units / window grilles 10) touch up painting

it's 1 4-room and 1 5-room at 1 corner.

anyone doing cement scree for bedrooms? how long does HDB take to do... ?

for those who started renovation, anyone knows how much is the removal of debris/ haulage fees ? I was told it's $1400 for 5 room. it's high, isnt it.

just came back from the mall... NTUC finest seems small as compared to the other one at central... looking forward to the mall when all shops are opened!

i havent decide on contractor yet. Most likely will drag after CNY as quotations are slow in coming in... or maybe the ID/contractors too bz with CNY job to respond to me. Can you share who you are engaging for your renovation?
