Hi there, does anyone here know which renovation company provide in-house loan. I use to have a bad credit but it already been 1 years+ that i clear, when me and my partner try to apply renovation loan from banks they don't approved. I check with CBS and banks and it seem that due to my past history they cant approved the loan. As to really clear your name in CBS record that have to wait for another 4 more years =(
So i must wondering whether is there any renovation company that provide in house loan as we already got our house key and would like to start renovation as soon as possible.
