Hi all, sorry I have been stopped updating here as I thought there is no ppl interested in.. Here i will just summarize my renovation experience with Jaden from Exqsite. Renovation started early May and ended mid June. About 7weeks in total. Overall cost is 50-55k for tiling, carpentry, electrical and plumbing work, false ceiling, painting, window grill, 3 sliding doors (1 for kitchen, 2 for bathroom), demolish wall between kitchen / dining and make it a window, and some cleaning works. We moved in on 30 June. So far so good. Friends that visited us commented great workmanship and worth the value. About the ID Jaden. I think he is a professional and reliable ID. For me, his strength is approachable and fast response, great work organising and clear + precise in answering questions. I just relied on him on almost everything. The one that I needed to do my own homework is the design. Somehow Jaden’s design was abit “standardised” for me so I had to describe my requirements as much as possible and provided ideas copied from Pinterest or google and he is quite accommodating. Tiling wiring and false ceiling done!

Change the laminate Color of bedroom 1 to a brighter one. So looking forward!

Got the 3rd revision today. Change the wardrobe in room 1 to box cabinet around window. Everything looks fine for me now. Time to decide the paint Color. Can’t wait to see the real outcome!

Tiling started last Tuesday 8May. Went to have a look on Friday evening and this is how it looks. According to the tiler, tiling could be done by 17May.

Received 2nd revision of 3D drawing from my ID last Saturday 28Apr. The theme of the living room and kitchen is just.....not so right but I can’t tell what’s wrong with it..seemingly we need a good talk with our ID.

Got our first 3D drawing from my ID yesterday. We selected light blue+yellow because I wanted the feel as shown in picture below. But it seems challenging to carry such combi unless we add in more details just like what the picture showing. Was searching for ID and found this company ExQsite interior design quoted very good price. Visited their showroom. The workmanship looks good and the designer seems experienced. The only concern I have now is that they are very new and still in the midst of registering under hdb. And or course not yet under case trust too. Anyone try them before? Can share the review?
