hi everyone confirmed that ah keong have left the co. (cos my carpentry is one of the last thing he did before leavin) very responsible cos he still ask us to call him if we ever encounter problem wif the works. i agree his carpentry finishing is quite gd! ~~~pssst.......heard he settin up his own co patrick is quite an OK guy. tell him any problem, he always 'can....ok....' hahaha..... so far, not too bad. still 1/4 reno to go for my hse n he try his best to meet us when possible. *i juz need to get used to him givin us pleasant 'surprises' cos he won't tell us in advance what he will do up in the hse unless he need our advice/agreement. if u r a very 'on schedule, follow up' person, then u might not be able to tahan their workin style. but trust them cos they do a proper job + u can hound patrick and he is never angry!

vacis, i'm also from 26B. (n i tot our block is safe......) they really daring cos u were at home! sounds like a dog is effective. wonder if there's any dog barking motion sensor thingy on the market for us non-dog hse owner. ought to b able to scare them a bit.... looks like those bas***ds have been tryin all the doors at our estates cos i've return to my place (currently under reno) a few times and saw the wooden door open though gate was locked. tot i was juz being paranoid.... gosh.......

hi fellow membinians after reading about the security issue....it's really scary though i have not moved in yet. sorry to hear about ur situation vacis! looking to weld/change the bolts etc of the hinges of my gate. (to improve security) but somehow not able to locate any phone numbers to call. (and someone seem to have rip off all the advert in the lift also....alamak...) can anyone thanks!
