I hardly opened the letterbox when I was still living with my parents, as my Mom would be the one doing the work However, there as once I saw a bunch of keys with one of it inserted in the keyhole outside another letterbox, when I was opening mine. My first reaction was to pull out that bunch of keys & threw into his/her letterbox, so that no one could reach it. When I told my Mom about it, she said it was not uncommon to happen. She saw several times of such cases in our block.

I mop with plain water but use Sofix once a month, just to make the floor smoother in walking. I think yours is the AC3 series. AC3 has 15 or 25 yrs warranty, whilst if you go for AC5, it has life-time warranty. If your budget is low, then AC3 is good enough. The saleguy from Supreme told me AC3 is made in China whilst AC5 is made in Malaysia.

I was quoted Indian granite for $100 per foot run in March this year. China granite was cheaper then. Quoted $80 for solid surface too. Try to bargain on the granite, or go for China granite. They are just the same quality, just different patterns.
