    yes, electrical and plumbing is a big part of the quotation. that was one of the reasons why i did not choose my 2nd choice id as his quotation is excluding electrical and was just an estimated cost. i think the more ids we sit down with, the more experienced we get in spotting all these "deflations"..and if now you are feeling troubled when you havent even sign quotation, better go with your gut feel if she is honest or not.. otherwise the start of renovation is not smooth already. all e best to you!

    Congrats on getting your keys! yes i got a shock after seeing quotations... my inital budget was 35-40k without floors and all was coming back at 40k plus!

    i think if storage heater for 2 piping, for hot and cold... so maybe price different... thats why my rainshower mixer couldnt work with my instant heater..

    update on box up saga... Finally citigas managed to pull the gas pipe into my kitchen! phew glad that it is resolved! citigas had to ask an expert to come down to inspect, together with the installation team.. my id say first time he encountered this.. lol... Lights will be installed this wed, floors polished by this week as well and carpentry is tentatively slated to come in on 21st! whee....

    great choices for your appliances! i bought my blanco sink and fujioh hood there from the jalan berseh branch. service was good there and delivery was prompt.. no complaints!

    bold choice for your kitchen but i think white and blue would make a stunning combination! would love to have your bold sense... my bold choice in my kichen is just a blue colour backsplash...lol... i was like you too, ideas all over and all the ids i met keep asking me whats my style.. so hard to choose! as the reno progress, i realised to just go with the flow and not be so focused on just the theme... after all, we are not making a instagram worthy house but a house we call home...
