Very much similar to what I have gone through.... Maybe we went to the same ID....

Wrong alignment, wrong measurement, wrong colour, lousy coordinating job, below par workmanship. Fortunately and unfortunately, some can be rectified, while some are beyond rectification. I am so done with them that I have engaged my own handymen to get their jobs done.

I am at the last phase of my renovation with this company currently. A very tiring and frustrating journey.
