Hi neighbours, The RC centre will be ready with the grand opening on the 9th Jan 2010. We will have a huge party to welcome all residents to our estate cum RC opening on that day. There will be photo contests for best home Reno, and parent/child look a like. It will be lots of fun with games and performances, and buffet for all. Just a note to the motorcycle owner... there are a few cases reported at our carpark.... and just yesterday saw one owner found his petrol stolen and the pipe was not put back properly. Owners pls check you tank and fuel pipe before moving off...

yesterday the gal from the HDB office at Blk 675 when door to door to hand out free umbrella. those who want free umbrella can go there to collect. its from Kienta engineering construction (main Con?), not from HDB or town council.

well its a 20min count down switch. very easy to install, got a instruction in the switch. got it at DIY shop.

Long time no update.... the DIY of the timer for the water heater. done, beautiful new switch. add some new flowers outside my house.

Don't think due to the temple. as you see the temple not pack one. i guess only this 1 or 2 time yearly event. i think no free parking around Jurong pt and west mall on sunday. could be due to the jurong pt and beening in the jurong estate, we are affected. need to check with the town concil why no sunday free parking.

the temple had the event like 5 days with "Getai". i was there to pray and watch the Getai. The carpark were only pack on Sunday evening when they had the dinner function. i heard their dinner function bidding for stuffs are very high. 1 friend attended and say the: liquor like XO, Martell, Remy Martin, Hennessy (avg $2,000) Fa Gao /发糕 (avg $5,000, highest $68,888) Red ribbons (avg $100,000) i was like..... SG economic still so good? 1 night bidding can collect near $1mil but i heard they don't do the 7th month.

i think the HDB and the town council are looking at erecting the sign. Just hope if they put it up will blend in with the entrance design.

last night racial harmony day carnival 2008 i surprise to see the great turn out. for those yet to move in or miss the event. view for my room. some fun and games. check out the crowd even @9.30pm

the 675 carpark near the main entrance. i think is the workers, because of the dusty shoe print i saw on the lancer. not sure did they make any police report. today morning did not see the car, but the altis still there.

its been awhile since i posted. but i had to post about this, vandalism in our carpark. came home today after work, saw a couple looking worried standing infront of their Lancer. then i saw there are a lots of shoe prints and dented bonnet. i was like WTF.... who had done that..... did they offended anyone here? and that was my usually parking lot.... then at 9pm i when down to wash my car... and i walk around the carpark and i notice a few other car got dended bonnet with shoe prints... We got vandalism!!! and looks like done by a group of people. print looks like those workers shoes. one car very badly bended on the bonnet and even the roof. I feel for the owner... and that is a 2 month car... SJE i think these few owers still did not know about their car 1 altis and 2 mazda3 not sure how many others. pls help with the look out....

yes i did that too... i guess lots of us had feedback to the LTA... hope they do something soon.
