thanks for participating. well dual function looks good on spec, but actual usage .... unknown yet. (will do review later) Save space is what i looking for, but save money .... don't think so. the oven is too BIG, actually wanted the LG one, smaller in size and my pocket. But my mother say that one 30L too small wanted this 42L biggest one, so that she can bake cake. So i bought.... now a little worry because its too big for my very small kitchen.

no problem... welcome anytime. if i'm not at home, can use the binocular to see in. hehehe. My design is a little Zen with some modern touch. clean, neat and simple.

hehehe... buying those things are the easy part. now still thinking of what lights and colour for the whole house. Where to place the Alter table? (either facing the door or window) to have ceiling fan or not? what curtain, and window grill design? BTW where can find Zen style lights, curtains, and window grill?

I think the U-turn is better then the direct rights turn out. Yesterday I did the u-turn there, when the turn light is green, the vehicle on the right junction will turn left too. Hence a bit dangerous, hope the LTA can allow the U-turn there. we should go to see the MP about this. -
thanks for the welcome. here are some of my defects. i think the crack on doors are very common here. some chip off.

i got the Jason Construction to do the renovation work. As only doing the carpentry in the kitchen and the 3 rooms. So I go for good workmanship, and the boss is my best friend brother. Don’t need any ID. Because I know what design I want. A little ZEN style. i started my t-blog. -
