  3. On wednesday, the window grilles came. drill the bracket in the MBR and LR After install the MBR one, i see ..... not right. there is a gap from the side and how come it sliding type. called my contractor and confirm they did wrong design. took everything back. Saturday, they came back with the right grilles. this time perfect, as we spend a long time to get all the measurement correct to avoid all the handles and no gap from the side... ok because of the drill hole in the window frame in the MBR. there are water slippage thought its just some water from the many yr back window installion. ( that what the HDB contractor said.) after draining out most of the water... and after a rain... the water mark is back with water on the floor. well let see when they say about this, as i request him to check on friday. but give me crap again... i say i'm putting my PC there, and who going to pay if spoilt due to the water. then he say don;t put it there lar.... when it rain and water slippage in then they will come to check. 'lucky or unlucky' it rain a little in the evening... and i can confirm the water slippage from outside. well will feedback again on monday. sian.

  6. Low water pressure solved. After many many times feedback to the 2 ladies in-charge at the office, weeks ago. got the contractor people come, say high floor, some more top floor is like that. i ask about the booster pump, then say will on only when more people move in.... say need to feedback to town council and get them to check.... and many many crap. well, yesterday i move in. the pressure really cannot make it, cannot have a proper shower as water is like dripping out. i angry, call the PUB direct to 'give my constructive Feedback'. the nice guy ask me to call the EMU number at the lift - 1800 3543333, they will look into this. if cannot then call him again. this morning i called the EMU number, give them my Blk and unit number and say low water pressure... less then 10sec conversation, ask for my number and say will call back. 2 hrs later called back to comfirm my address and informed the guy will be the in 10min. Well not sure what he did (on the booster pump, or adjust the pressure value)? Now i got very good strong water pressure hehehe later going to look for a good shower head replacement. I don't know how my neighbour can stay with low pressure for 1mth+ hehehe now the whole floor pressure good and strong, i think the few floors down will also enjoy a good pressure. So to the high floor units in St64, call the EMU number 1800 3543333 to increase the water pressure.
