most air-con about the same... now you better plan how you want to run the air-con trunking with your ID. see how best you can hide all the trunking. The Air-con people all got a standard (easiest way) to run the piping, which might affect your deco....

well you can get your ID to design it for you. i got my contractor to do the folding door, cost me about $1100 with the door frame and to cover the top above the frame. if laminated will be cheaper.

ask you husband to do it. hehehe

i DIY, its easy to do so. just take up out switch, remove the wire, and put back the wire in the new switch and replace the new switch.

gas pipe trunking Just my personal suggestion... can do a cabinet to cover the trunking, or might be nicer if the trunking flush with the feature wall. To close the HHS hole, and open the other one so no oily air goes into the HHS. or close both. you ID shoud be able to do something about that.
