And it was parked at a higher floor, carpark lift 2nd floor. Hence my advice to those moving in, pls put coupons on friday evening and night parking.

actually this timer is the 20min count down and auto off so to save energy. so each time i on the heater will auto off 20min later. Not to auto on the heater. anyway when you on the heater very fast you will get heated water. normally when i got home, on it and the go to the MRB, remove my stuff... and its shower time. the heated water need to travel from the pipes, hence have clear the cold water remain in the pipe. for your warm shower in the morning, i guess the storage tank will still have hot water from your evening shower. hence would be heated fast when you on it in the morning. Maybe you need to do a parallel switch so you can on the heater from your MBR switch.

no worry... still can be done. you just put the sensor near the light, mount it into the false ceiling. the ceiling mount sensor can use energy saving bulb, as it is better. my old house using that. becasue i did not do any false ceiling hence i try the wall mount one. i just ask my dad to test out the light.... it works, no auto on with enough day light in the house. perfect...

there are a few type.. this is the most easy for me to DIY. just change the light switch. there are wall /ceiling mount type. if you have switch have more then 1gang.. like 2 or 3 gang to fews lighting point. you can use the ceiling mount type and link the wire to the light you want to auto control. not sure because i use the wrong bulb when i installed yesterday... that the switch light level detection like not good. because in the day.. i walk pass the light also auto on. small problem...

i bought the Legrand Wall Automatic Switch and had it installed. Now i got auto light on and off. so each time return home will have auto light on, and when parent goes toilet at night will have lights too. what a beautiful new switch. Its working great, just the respond time a bit slow to my liking... here can adjust the time off delay and the light detection level setting. well have to check in the morning, how the sensor works. Just one problem, this cannot works with the fluorescent lamps, energy saving bulb, with Transformers ect. only can use the normal incandescent lamps. now i got 3 extra bulb, which none of my other lights use.

Got these up today. One of the Van Gogh drawings In MBR. the other no place to hang yet. as for the fishes drawing... no idea where to put, so i hang it up at the best place i can think of... So nice or not???

Some update on the Deco... done over the weekend Finally my Sofa... The TV with the string curtain finally up My 80% placing of the deco on my display cabinet and my Fu Lu Shou 福禄寿 and Eight Immortals 八仙 and the laughing Buddha.
