Hi neighbours, The RC centre will be ready with the grand opening on the 9th Jan 2010. We will have a huge party to welcome all residents to our estate cum RC opening on that day. There will be photo contests for best home Reno, and parent/child look a like. It will be lots of fun with games and performances, and buffet for all. Best part is; it is free, flyer/ticket will be in the letter box in Dec, hope to see you all there. Just a note to the motorcycle owner... there are a few cases reported at our carpark.... and just yesterday saw one owner found his petrol stolen and the pipe was not put back properly. Owners pls check you tank and fuel pipe before moving off...

yesterday the gal from the HDB office at Blk 675 when door to door to hand out free umbrella. those who want free umbrella can go there to collect. its from Kienta engineering construction (main Con?), not from HDB or town council.

well its a 20min count down switch. very easy to install, got a instruction in the switch. got it at DIY shop.

Long time no update.... the DIY of the timer for the water heater. done, beautiful new switch. add some new flowers outside my house.
