Hi I've just joined and this is my first post. I've just bought a resale apartment and overall, it is in a good condition. The paintwork looks clean and new and I'm wondering if I could save some $$ by not giving a new coat of paint. Just wondering if repainting is something that should be done for purpose of giving the house a good start (fengshui-wise). TIA for any advice!
