I went to gain city, courts and harvey norman to look at the air con. So far the sales people were unable to provide much info. They are basically reading from the air-con specs. zzzz.... double compressor is more suitable if you open for master bedroom and another bedroom right? I don't forsee frequently using 2 units concurrently leh. so any recommendation as to where to shop? Mine also 18th. But am thinking of pushing back. They will start charging tv license once they finish the inspection?

IMM's shops might have to be careful of hidden costs. If no hidden costs, of cos should take a look. But if you ask around the jurong east neighbourhood, the shop owners will tell u that chelsea lightings offer the most competitive pricing. I have explored all 3 shops along the stretch and find prices are about the same.

All the 3 shops from Jurong East offer v competitive prices. On top of that, they are willing to give further incentives like changing ballast, cheaper installation if you buy in large quantity. No need think, jus go and nego with them. I think you should be able to get a good deal.

Hi, What are the ritual(s) that people normally perform for new house? I only heard that 3 fruits are needed with pineapple and orange as 2 of the items. Anyone knows what is the other fruit? Also appreciate if anyone can advise whether there are other rituals that we need.
