Had a very frustrating and yet disappointing experience with Mitsubishi Heavy Industries air con which was purchased and installed less than 2 years. Or to be exact, end of this month will be the 2nd year of installing the air con. Air con fan motor and PC board was damaged and best of all is I don't use it regularly. I'm the first within my family nucleus to face this disappointing issue using this MHI air con whilst others don't face this issue using other brands. A piece of advice for those who want to buy air con is not to buy Mitsubishi Heavy Industries air con. Kindly take note that I am writing based on factual experience and there is no intention to tarnish the brand reputation. I'm writing this for the benefits of consumers or end users where I hope it will be a guideline for them.
