Welcome Welcome. To answer your questions as below . I think all the toilet is the same color , blue for common and green for master . The toilet tiles not very good IMO so I engage a contractor and already spray over it last week as cannot tahan the tiles anymore . You can read all the postings here. You can gain alot of knowlege how to deal with the BSC contractors.

All thanks to jaskel who introduce this contractor to me . And the contractor did a good job too . Already fix timing with contractor at 12pm to mount some accessories on the wall . Should be able to post the picture by Sunday if I can get my hands clicking the upload photos . PM you the contact

Went to couple shops and every shop carry one brand so cannot ask the owner which one is good . Most probably will claim that the brand that they carry is good . hahahaha. Any ideas where got shops that carry various brands so that i can check things out ? Thanks

Got lobang for both the fan and installation ? So if I buy the fan , they do the installation for me ? How about the electrical work etc . What is the price - range so that i will not get carrot . I tried using Mr Muscle . Just spray and let the foam be there for some time. Use a toothbrush, brush it off and then use water to wash . So far the result is good . Hope it works for you .

Maybe you can try pest buster . I think they are quite establish. Hope they can solve your problem .
