Was quote 1.25K . Any color and any type from ICI . The skirting is already up as mine is the premium new flats . My renovation start next week . The ID say I can start painting after the electrical works and false ceiling is up . My hardship will come soon

I went there to work . Most of the time work from 9am and reach back hotel at 10pm . No time to shop. Just happen that I got spare time before the day I fly back so manage to go to the market and saw some chopsticks which I really like . So I just grab it. Must buy something BunBun , can you share your experience in painting your place ? What to look out for etc .... Cause to save cost , me and FH decided to do ourselves . Thanks in advance .

My Id charge me 250 per room . He say they do by hand and not by machine. Anyone using ah seng ? how is the finishing work ?

Just got back my keys from BSC . Two months of rectification works . Think another 2 weeks then will start my renovation. Regarding the revanishing , why is there such a big differenence quote from IDs and ah seng ? Is there a differnece between materials used and the way they polish ? Cause thinking to save some money for the vanishing

Haha . I did. Just make sure got carpet below the chair. Thickness of carpet will depend on your body weight . Cannot roll here , roll there sitting on it .

I show my ID the actual sink support then the after product conceal by the solid surface . For the parquet flooring . Some of the tips I learnt : Remenber not to let it expose to sunlight . So make sure your blinds are roll down before going to work. Unless you had the window stickers to block out the sun . When mopping the floor , I make sure full blast the fan to dry the place. If you playing MJ in the room , make sure you got something stack below the chair and the table , if not the weight will create a dent . Very ugly after that. Not sure how to get rid of your marred one now .

Swee Swee , I sms you on Sat if HDB can hand over my place . For the sink support , I am using the tiles instead . Your sink support is really very nicely done up but will eat into more cost for me . I got show my ID your sink support end product. I am used to glossy finishing as my current place also like that . Look NEW as always . Haha . But need to take care of it well loh .
