Hey, Great to hear that your reno is almost done. Any pictures to share. Hubby and me are just starting on our home. Just collected our keys 2 days ago. Kenneth is on the top of the list of IDs that we are considering because we felt most comfortable with him amongst the others. But there were feedbacks from other forummers that the workmanship from idealhouse is not good. We are also concern about his designs. Any advice to give?

Nope.. no luck yet! still looking. i just receive a quote from one of the firms and the ID carelessly gave me the one with the cost on it. He qouted me almost $30k wherelse his cost is only $20k! i thought these ID firms earns like 20% of your reno but obviously not!

I read your blog. Salutes to you on the comments and patience to consult so many IDs. Hubby and I have visited about 10 IDs now. So exhausted already but still can't find one to settle with. I've met couple of the IDs that you've met and agree with some of your comments. Glad that you have found your ID!! Good luck with the renovation! Cheers!

Hope i'm welcome here.. although my flat's not at jalan membina but close by at boon tiong rd. Still waiting for my keys... Went to check out some id/contractors today and met Desmond Tan from Weiken. Anyone use him before? He mentioned he has quite alot of projects going on at Jalan Membina now. Appreciate if you can share your experience... if we're not allowed to discuss here, pls drop me an email.. many thanks in advance.
