Hi, i've a nasty experience of the sarong cradle falling down with my son sleeping in it. Luckily, i always put a mattress underneath just in case. It's not the ceiling's fault but it's the contractor who didn't do a good job. So parents please make sure you check the hook often and ALWAYS put a mattress beneath the cradle.

Was at Hoe Kee Plaza singapura branch 2day to check out some stuffs, their service was very good. The elderly salesman who serve me was very helpful and polite. Sometimes it takes 2 to clap so we must also make sure that our kids behave when out, coz I've seen parents who just let their kids run wild, touch everything and make noise. Can't stand such people.

I quite like this unit as it's like a brand new hse, nobody stayed b4. U mean earlier purchase as in the one in clementi that didn't went thru? My lawyer is still waiting for a reply from that indian seller. Looks like very hard for me to get compensation from them.

The unit is totally bare as the seller left it empty after buying from HDB 9 years ago. As I'm taking a bank loan therefore the cash and reno cost will work out to a huge sum. That's why I have to be careful not to make a mistake in buying a house that's too ex! It's value at 320k plus cov I offer 8k, expected reno cost 40k plus agent fee 1% and 5% cash payment coz bank loan. This unit high floor, abt 500 m from mrt and corner.

Hi, I offered 8k and the agent said that he will try to convince the seller. He wants me to give a deposit of 1k in check before he speaks to the seller. Is this the normal practice? He also kept saying that there are others offering, can't trust these agents. Do you guys think that 8k is worth it? bear in mind the unit is bare! totally NO reno yet.

Hi, countrylover so did you use forest woodworking to do your kitchen? they done my kitchen the last time, very expensive and after about less than 3 months some of the wood got worms. They tried repairing but didn't do a good job, so no more country kitchen for me now as they are good to see no good to eat. Cement flooring, only kitchen and toilet tiles as the owner never stayed there before? Valuation is 320k owner asking for 18k, is it too much? BTW, it's in woodlands about 600m from MRT.

No lah! my lawyer has been sending their lawyer demand letters also they don't bother! it's a long story, no energy to say now coz bz searching for new flat before my current rental lease xpires. Wish me luck!
