    likewise. Completely avoid this contractor. Over the phone gave me a very good price for tiling living and 3 bedroom for an over estimated square footage. When quotation is sent, no mention of sqft and only mentioned 2 bedrooms instead of 3. When I called out the mistake suddenly have to increase price because she estimated the wastage incorrectly (from 5% to 20%). not a honest person.
