Yes. I'm deeply regretted in engaging them. It's been 3mths+, yet my reno is yet to complete! The work is on n off kind, can be no work done at all for a week. They were so busy that they last min sub out my reno to another Carpentry. There was no 3D drawing given, the outcome of the color scheme is horrible for a so-called ID firm. Whenever I asked for the date when will the worker come down, my messages were totally ignored without a date given! Extremely lousy customer service

I'm currently engaging with this reno firm. I'll give my reviews after my reno is completed.
